IRANCELL INTERACTIVE ENTRANCE

Following its innovative activities, Irancell Company designed and implemented Iran First Digital Center as a prologue to future shops of the company.

The center has been designed in a manner that the customers or visitors can fulfill their own requirements independently and do not need the guidance and contribution of the center’s salesperson.

An interactive stand at the entrance of the place is one of the smart scenarios. Once the visitor or customer enters the market, the interactive stand guide him to various sections of the market. If a person was not able to find his /her desired services there, the application will display the surrounding stores and their address, services, and contact information on an interactive map.

While exiting, the interactive stand also records the visitors’ feedbacks, comments, and information on a database.
